Salud! Culinary Nights: The Bug Dinner is back by popular demand. Gather your friends and discover a unique entomological culinary experience with an enticing four-course dinner prepared by local chefs.
Spend an unforgettable evening with Executive Chef Stephen Paprocki, Chef/Co-Owner Tatu Herrera of Tatu’s Food Debauchery, Chef/Co-Owner Toby Soto of Humo of San Antonio and Chef Michael Grimes, as they cook a four-course meal using insects. Learn about each dishes’ inspiration with Robert Nathan Allen, founder of Little Herds, as he discusses how edible insects exist in kitchens around the world today and how they will sustainably feed future generations. Each course will be paired with a different craft beer from Karbach Brewery.
