October 4, 2018
6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
The Witte Museum: Where Nature, Science and Culture Meet, provides grade-specific, TEKS-aligned curriculum. All programs combine gallery exploration with unique interactive Lab experiences that focus on the evidenced-based question: “How Do We Know What We Know?” Students piece together the narratives of the galleries through evidence of artifacts, specimens, excavations and STEM methodologies. We want you, as principals and educational leaders, to become immersed in the story of Texas Deep Time at the Witte.
We invite you to join the Witte Museum educators, curators and leaders for a special evening celebrating National Principal’s Month. Experience how you and your educators can incorporate an exciting, inquiry-based, hands-on field study at the Witte into your educational goals and outcomes.
Light refreshments will be served.
This event is free, but reservations are required. Follow the link above to register, or call 210.357.1901 to register over the phone. We look forward to seeing you!
