Wine and cheese reception at 6:00 p.m. Helen Kleberg Groves will share her memories of her parents, their lives together and her book Bob and Helen Kleberg of the King Ranch, from Trinity University Press. The evening will feature a book signing by the author, a direct descendant of famed Texan Richard King. Bruce M. Shackelford, South Texas Heritage Curator, will also present on the upcoming 2018 Tricentennial exhibit 300 Years of San Antonio History: Confluence and Culture.
